During your psychic reading and chakra balancing session you receive energy and generate your own energy. We will balance the patterns that you emotionally create and hold in your chakras and aura. You are a co-creator in this psychic reading. We will work together to put in place new patterns and new levels of awareness for your well-being.
You will leave with techniques, awareness and tools (such as specific essential oils, Bach Flower Remedies or chi gong movements). You can then use these in your daily life in order to keep and nurture your new patterns in place.
Often your past lives, spiritual guides, spirit animal do manifest and reveal something about you.

Your psychic reading is a co-creating process with your higher guides and your higher self.
